What documentation should I provide?
According to legal form:
- Commercial companies and other legal entities whose registration is mandatory in the Commercial Registry will accredit the valid constitution by providing an original or authentic copy of the Mercantile Registry regarding the constitution data and current charges of administration of the entity.
- Associations, Foundations and Cooperatives will accredit the valid constitution through the contribution of an original or an authentic copy of a certificate of the public registry where they are registered, relative to their constitution.
- Civil societies and other legal entities will provide original or authentic copy of the document proving their constitution in a manner reliable.
